Yum! It's strawberry picking time in Orange County! Our kids LOVE our adventures to the local U-PICK strawberry farms and get equally excited for the delicious treats we get to make with our fresh berries--strawberry smoothies, strawberry yogurt, chocolate strawberries and more. 

Here are some of the great local places to pick strawberries in Orange County and San Diego!

Tanaka Farms

This is a guided tour around the farm that takes approximately one hour on a tractor- pulled wagon. You will see how fruits & vegetables grow and sample many of those that are in season. The last stop on this tour is in the strawberry patch will you be able to pick and eat     strawberries! Each person will take home a one (1) pound basket of strawberries!

Carlsbad Strawberry Company

The Carlsbad Strawberry Company is a family run grower of fruits and vegetables.  Now in its third generation, they have been farming in this area since 1948.  The strawberry field has been part of the Carlsbad landscape long before Interstate 5 was built.
