Clarice Hendel owner of Studio Cee is an Orange County custom photographer who specializes in newborn and child portraiture. After many years of a successful graphic design firm she became a mother of two and fell in love with photographing her adorable children. Now she enjoys capturing special moments for her clients because she knows that time flies fast and custom photography is a great way to keep those memories close to your heart.

Contest Rules

1. To enter, please email ONE photo to orangecountymommies@gmail.com along with your name, phone number, baby's first name and age for your photo to be considered. All submissions may be featured on www.ocmommies.com. Please note that last names and contact information will not be publicly published.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Eligibility is limited to 1 prize per household.

5. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days unless otherwise stipulated during the contest

6. Winners may be required to pick up prizes during business hours.

7. Failure to claim prizes within allotted time may result in forfeiture of prize(s).

8. Prizes not redeemable for cash or their merchandise.

9. Winners consent to the use of their name/picture/likeness without compensation for advertising or publicity purposes.

10. OC Mommies Coordinators are not eligible.

11. Sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages arising from the prize(s) awarded in this contest.

12. Additional restrictions may apply depending upon prizes being awarded, or contest sponsor rules.

13. All federal, state and/or local laws and regulations apply.

14. All Decisions made by PHOTOGRAPHER are final. The 40-minute photo session includes an 8x10 photograph of your choice. You will be able to choose from 8-10 images. Please note that this session includes 1 - 4 children.

All entries must be in before 11:59pm PST on May 31, 2010. One winner will be selected by photographer and announced on June 15, 2010. The winner will be notified via email, so please make sure your email address is correct. The contest winner will have 48 hours to respond, if no response is received, then another winner will be selected.
