Colin, my 2- yr old son, has always been a fan of smoothies. He loves watching me make them, and pushing the buttons on the blender. Colin is a really good eater, but he does have his days where he won't touch his veggies. Little does he know, I add lots of super, healthy ingredients to make this smoothie a perfect meal.
