Las Brisas in Laguna Beach - Favorite Date Night -

Well, we've only been on a few 'dates' since Kevin was born almost a year ago...but my FAVORITE restaurant is Las Brisas in Laguna Beach. Its got amazing views as it sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean... You can sit outdoors and have apps and drinks or by the indoor bar area for a more casual dining experience...or sit inside the restaurant. Fun and crazy...

Hey ladies,

Just a random happy thing. I auditioned for Who Wants to be a Millionaire when they had casting calls 3 weeks ago, and they called and asked me to be a contestant on the show! I'm flying to New York for a taping on Nov 8th! How crazy is that?

Kudos to my brave hubby who will stay to watch the kids while I head off on my wild adventure.

La Habra Children's Museum - Orange County

I have known about this place for quite a long time, but I finally felt my son was old enough to appreciate the activities inside and with this gloomy weather it was one of the few options lately.

Day 7 of Bringing Home #2- The Surprisingly Easy and Somewhat Difficult

So it's been 7 days since we brought home the newest addition to our family. Suprisingly, bringing home the second has been sooo much easier than it was with the first. I guess it's because you are somewhat already comfortable in your own skin as a mom so you already know what to do. Favorite Date Night Spot In The OC - Bluewater Grill Newport

Great Date Night Ideas in Orange County- Groupon Offers in Orange County

What's that? hahhaha! We used to do Date Night every Friday night, but since we had Reese, that has been, um well... not happening too consistantly. Chicken Legs

We have been trying to get my 18 month old daughter to eat meat for months now. She won't even look at it, let alone put it in her mouth. We tried cooking it every way, hiding it, saucing it....you name it. I made a roasted chicken tonight for dinner & knowing Odesa wouldn't touch it I made her a separate meal. She wouldn't touch her pasta either! As a joke my husband handed her a chicken leg and she gobbled it up! Ate every bite of meat on it & then requested more! Go figure....

Date Night Ideas in Orange County- Duffy Boat Rental

Review of the Beachcomber- Crystal Cove

Favorite date night/or afternoon, is the Beachcomber in Laguna Beach. It is right on the sand and the patio is completely surrounded by clear covering (if it's cold), so you can still view the ocean. During the winter they have wonderful warm toasty blankets to wrap around yourself.

Review of Z'Tejas in Costa Mesa- Great Date Night Location

My husband and I just moved to "The OC" so we are still exploring all of the fun places there are to go. One of the first places we have visited and loved is Z'Tejas. Located on Bristol (part of South Coast Plaza), Z'Tejas has THE best margarites - my personal fav is the chambord-rita! They mix a little charmbord in a frozen margarita - TASTY! They have a great patio that you can cozy up to if you feel like enjoying the night air as well. The food is pretty good, too.
