The New Mom School (Formerly OC Mommy & Me) offers an educational, discussion-based program designed to support new moms on their journey!
They provide a supportive environment in which you will receive information, tools and techniques to add to your parenting toolbox all while spending time with your baby and building life-long friendships with other new moms.
Transitioning from pregnancy to motherhood is not easy and often doesn’t fit your pictures of what you thought it would be or what you wanted it to be. This gap between what you hoped and how it actually is can leave you feeling devastated and confused. You know you should reach out, but the embarrassment stops you. You’re tired of pretending that everything is great and you’re so happy being a mother. Medication is an option, but this may not sit well with you, especially if you’re nursing. You were hoping it would get better with time, but it’s not and now it’s affecting your marriage and relationships.
You're not alone! Call Marissa at 949-424-3034 or e-mail info@postpartumhappiness.com
