About OC Mommies
OC Mommies was founded in 2010. We are a social network for moms in Orange County. Our kids are of all ages. Members of OC Mommies enjoy a variety of activities in Orange County that are fun for both moms and kids. Our activities include holiday potlucks, Gymboree Playdates, Educational Presentations, Fitness walks, Moms Nights Out and Much More. Our members take advantage of our active discussion board and entertaining-informative blog. We frequently offer giveaways, contests and discounts with local retailers. All around, joining OC Mommies is a guaranteed good time!

Is there a cost to join?
No, OC Mommies is free to our members.
Is there a time commitment I have to make?
You choose how active you would like to be. You can attend events several times a week or once a month. We want to offer our moms as much flexibility as they want.
When do you usually meet?
We have a great calendar of events (only accessible to our members). Our members can post events as they please. We have several weekday events, weekend events, and evening events.
Attending Events Seems Intimidating. How Do I Know Who I am Looking For etc?
The great thing about OC Mommies, is we are all in the same boat. At some point, we all joined without knowing anyone and everyone knows that. When you attend an event you will be greeted with open arms. We do encourage you to get out and attend events, it’s the best way to meet each other.
What Do I Do If I have a Question for Other Moms?
Use our active discussion board! Our moms are always there to lend a helping hand?
What Else Do you Offer Online?
We offer frequent fun contests sponsored by local retailers. We also have a lacation consultant and pediatric advisor available to answer questions. And our favorite feature of OC Mommies is our blog roll! Read what moms are up to and the funny stories they have to share in their "adventures in parenting"
About the Coordinators
Beth and Stephanie met when their first children were born. The both faced the challenges of being first time moms and realized that many other moms probably felt the same way. They decided to reach out to other moms in the area and started OC Mommies.
Beth is a mother of two-Colin and Emmerson and Stephanie is a mother of two- Reagan and Campbell.

Fundraising Efforts
OC Mommies participate in various fundraising efforts throughout the year. We have joined efforts with- The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk, March of Dimes- March for Babies and more.
2012 Fundraiser, Trike 41, supporting the over 41 kids diagnosed with cancer each day. Collectively, OC Mommies members raised over $12,000 for the Jessie Rees Foundation--who's motto is to encourage courageous kids to NEGU--Never Ever Give Up.
