I've been doing weight watchers for a few months now, and barely getting anywhere(only down about 5 lbs:(() I've been successful before, but seem to be struggling this time around. I definitely could use some support from you guys! and I would love to join in to exercise activities that you all might do! I live in HB, very near the beach--so beach walks are a no brainer for me... anybody wanna be a strolling buddy?!

I have two boys - Jack is 2.5 years old and Ford is 4 months old, and I love and adore them, but they have certainly done a number on my physique!! Still have 20 pounds to lose. Ugh.
Luckily my husband just opened a new store in Newport called Fit Foods 4 Life. They sell fresh, never frozen, healthy, pre-packaged meals with a specific ratio of calories, healthy carbs and lean protein that's more conducive to weight loss. I'm meeting with their in-house nutritionist this Thursday and will be starting their 4-week Fit 4 Life Challenge next Monday and then blogging about my progress. I figured it's a good way to try to lose some of the baby weight, help promote my hubby's business and get back into writing all at the same time!
Anyway, I'll be reading y'all's posts on here to stay inspired during this 4-week journey, and I hope y'all will check out my new blog on here over the next month!
