Hi mommas! I just joined WW & am excited about the program. I have a 3yr old & a 5mo old who is still being breastfed (yay for the extra points!). Anyway just wanted to quickly introduce myself & hope this group help keep motivated & accountable :)

Hi there group!  I am a newbie:) 

I've been doing weight watchers for a few months now, and barely getting anywhere(only down about 5 lbs:(()  I've been successful before, but seem to be struggling this time around.  I definitely could use some support from you guys!  and I would love to join in to exercise activities that you all might do!  I live in HB, very near the beach--so beach walks are a no brainer for me... anybody wanna be a strolling buddy?!

Hi Jo-Ann! Welcome to the group!!! Carol and I have been meeting for walks and they are great! I may not be able to attend this Monday because hubby and I are going to Vegas this weekend, but will definitely be around after that! Hopefully, we can get a good group going!

Hi Jo-Ann and Katy! Thanks for joining this group =) Jo-Ann we have a meeting tomorrow. As of now I'm the only going =( I think I must be posting events with not enough notice or at the wrong times. I'm hoping more people will start coming out or suggesting when to meet. Lauren and I have started walking. We might walk this Monday, so I'll let you know. Hope to meet you soon!

Hi All, I just joined OC Mommies & was SO EXCITED to see this WW group! I have been on WW Since June. I have lost 27 pounds & have hit a wall :/ I can't wait to meet some of you so we can share ideas! I love to walk/run & would be open to meeting up for some exercise.

Hey Girls!! I just joined OC Mommies and was taking a look around the site and found this group! I have two boys - Jack is 2.5 years old and Ford is 4 months old, and I love and adore them, but they have certainly done a number on my physique!! Still have 20 pounds to lose. Ugh.

 

Luckily my husband just opened a new store in Newport called Fit Foods 4 Life. They sell fresh, never frozen, healthy, pre-packaged meals with a specific ratio of calories, healthy carbs and lean protein that's more conducive to weight loss. I'm meeting with their in-house nutritionist this Thursday and will be starting their 4-week Fit 4 Life Challenge next Monday and then blogging about my progress. I figured it's a good way to try to lose some of the baby weight, help promote my hubby's business and get back into writing all at the same time!

 

Anyway, I'll be reading y'all's posts on here to stay inspired during this 4-week journey, and I hope y'all will check out my new blog on here over the next month!
