Would love to meet some of you Moms

Hi Ladies!  I haven't been on OC Mommies since I was pregnant, and now my little Ava is almost 10 months!  Being a mom is by far the best thing that has ever happened to me. I guess I am reaching out to you guys in hopes to get together and meet new friends and have playdates. I moved here from Columbus Ohio, and have loved every bit of living here. I've been able to meet some good friends but not many that can truly understand the pressures of being a new mom, in a new area, trying to be successful professionally..etc.  I know that we as mom's are our own worst enemy at times...and lately that has been happening to me.  I love being social and getting out and about...and I would love to start doing that again.  If any of you guys get together for walks, coffee, lunch, and have room for one more, I'd love to join! I hope to meet some of you Mom's and babies very soon :-)

Hi Katie! We have a playdate tomorrow from 1230-230 in lake forest, We would love to meet you! Go to the events board and see all our events and jump right in!

Oh, I wish I can attend and meet you all today, too.

Unfortunately, I have family visiting, but let me know the next time you schedule a play date again.

My baby boy is turning 1 this weekend so I can't believe how quickly time flies.

Natalie...so sorry we couldn't make it today. Ava slept until about 12:30 and I have an appointment back here in Dana point at 2:30. I am still looking forward to coming next time. Thank you so much again for the invite!

Hi everyone!  I am new to this site.  I too would love to meet some other mommies in my area.  I am a working mom so my weekdays are usually booked.  If there are ever any evening/weekend events I would love to attend!  Hope to talk to some of you soon...

Hi Katie, I am always always down to meet new moms out there. Because I work too, I can't always make the play dates and events that are posted. But meeting for coffee or lunch or a stroll is always easy to schedule. I live in Huntington Beach but I'm always in Irvine with my daughter for the parks, shopping or other reasons. I'm not sure where you live but I can easily meet somewhere convenient.

I know exactly how you feel! My husband and I moved to Irvine almost 4 years ago from Michigan. It's extremely hard to meet new people while also be a working mom! My daughter Olivia is 9 months and we just bought a house in Stonegste East in Irvine. I would love to meet up with you sometime! By the way I love your daughters name.

Hi Katie,

After living abroad for 4 years, I am also new to the area with no friends or family nearby.  My son, Jonah, is 10 weeks and I would love to meet up for coffee, etc.  I am currently not working but hope to work (I am a tennis instructor) part time eventually.  I am in Irvine but can meet anywhere!

Hi Gilda! We live in Dana Point, but love going to the Irvine Spectrum if you ever want to get together for a walk around the mall, coffee, lunch, etc! Let us know anytime :)

Hi Shyanna!! I love that your from the Midwest... I always get excited when I meet someone from around the same area I am. I'm not sure though...are you a Michigan fan, or a Buckeye fan?... ha ha :) Whenever you want to plan a time to get together, let me know!!

Hi Kat!! I'd love to get together! We live in Dana Point, but have no problem heading up that way. I am a hairstylist and I work strictly evenings and weekends, so my day's are always free! You let me know when you are feeling up for it and we'll schedule a time to get coffee, lunch, etc. Thanks Kat!
