Soccer Information
Good morning,
I was wondering if anyone has registered their children for soccer, and what leagues you chose. I have a 4 year old that would like to play, but it looks like AYSO doesn't start until 5. Is this true? I am not hoping to push him or anything like that. I was just hoping that I could find something for him to help him socialize and have fun with other kids his age.

We are doing it with my 3 yr old! We took him to the preview and it was great!!!!!

Hey Joann- a few of us are doing soccer shots. The teacher is great! We have a class starting tomorrow if you want to come!- i know its last minute though. 10:30am Niguel Heights park

AYSO starts at age 4, assuming they are 4 by August 1 (or maybe July 31). We played my son last year and he absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it.
Not sure where you are, but you can also look into FC Blades. It's another league, similar to AYSO but not as big nationwide, but I believe they have a later cutoff date. Maybe age 4 by the end of the year.
Either way, your 4 year old should definitely be able to play. AYSO is really great.
