My baby girl has been really regular until a week ago. She hasn't had a bowel movement for over 1 week.  Doc said it might be a growth spurt and she is digesting all the milk rather than passing it. We are hoping she will have a bowel movement this week.

Anyone has gone through this same situation? If so, what did you do to resolve the problem?

She's 16 weeks ago. I have not changed anything in my diet, except I am working out more. BF only baby.

Thanks for your help!

Hey Christina!

I've heard prune juice works.
FYI - all is well now! I've never been so happy to smell or see my daughter's poop! LOL..
ahhaaa! so glad!!! I know, somehow you just get comofortable with the smell of things that used to make you gag!

seriously isn't it hilarious how happy we moms can get, given the situation our kids are in, just at the sight of poop? Glad to hear all is well!
This happened to Nour when he was about 8 months old and I was so worried! The doctor said he could go for 1 week or 2 before they would get concerned. The main thing was to assure that he was eating, drinking and peeing okay (to rule out dehydration), active and no vomiting or fever. Tried prune juice, water, fruit, etc. and nothing worked. It just took time and finally things got regular again. ;) *A note about prune juice for anyone who is reading: be sure to water it down and don't give to much as it can cause serious discomfort if given in excess.
I see your issue is already resolved but thought I'd mention...I talked to my doctor about this back when my 1 month old hadn't gone for a few days and she said that the most recent research found that due to the level of absorption of breast milk, breastfed babies can actually go up to a few WEEKS without a bowel movement and be completely healthy. (As long as there are no actual signs of constipation.) Crazy, right?! He is now 6 months old and really only goes twice a week or so even with solid food once/day.
