Hi Moms- That nasty cough is going around. I thought I'd share with you an article on using honey to relieve the common cough. As you know, children under the age of 4 cannot take over the counter cough medicine.

Be sure to rule out more serious types of coughs like whooping cough. See your pediatrician if you are concerned.

Another recent study showed that Vicks Vaporub helps children breath and sleep better at night in children over 12 months.
