Looking to Refinance - Mortgage Broker or Bank recommendations

Hi Mommies,

We've never refinanced before and we'd like to take advantage of the low rates right now. Please recommend your mortgage broker or small bank (would prefer to not go with large bank but happy to hear of someone there who provided excellent service). We have some equity so the process should (hopefully) be smooth ;)

Sue-- we did a lot of shopping a few months ago when we bought..the cheapest rate and fees we got was from Imortgage..great service too.they sell your loan off obviously but to the major banks
