Looking for in-home nanny (Woodbury, Irvine)

Have a 5 week old and need to start planning for my return to work. We are looking for a part-time in-home nanny (2-3 days/week, flexible). I work from home and am looking for someone to be at the house with our son. We live in Woodbury in Irvine. Would appreciate any referrals, thank you!

Hi! I noticed you too were seeking a nanny and was wondering if you found any good resources for finding a nanny? We're looking for a full time nanny to begin work in March. If you have a great resource or someone you could not use, please let me know. Thanks and good luck! :)

Hi Lindsey,

My nanny, Julia, works for me 3 days a week (we live in Woodbridge, Irvine) and would like to pick up another 1-2 days of work a week. I can't say enough wonderful things about Julia - she is absolutely the best and my husband and I feel so fortunate to have found her. She has her degree in Childhood Development and has been a nanny for many years. Our son, Colin, is 3 months old and she's been taking care of him since he was 9 weeks old. He lights up when he sees her in the mornings.

Just so you know, we went through a super extensive interview process to find Julia. We had over 70 applicants for our nanny job posting. We did phone interviews with 12, in-person interviews with 6, and Julia was in our final 3. She made an immediate great impression on us, but when we talked to her former families and received such glowing recommendations, we knew we'd found our nanny. She was our first choice hands down.
