Looking for a shared nanny or small home day care

I was looking for recommendations for either small day care centers for an infant or nanny referrals preferably someone who wants to possibly share a nanny. We currently have our little guy who is 3 1/2 months in a larger day care center and are finding that their philosophies don't really match up with ours. For example, they let small infants cry for a period of time before attending to them or comforting them. This is the biggest concern of ours and the reason why we are looking for care elsewhere.

Any caregiver rec's for the Orange County area would be really appreciated. We live in Woodbury and I work in Newport so places close to or around Irvine/Newport would be great. Thanks!"
