Excellent Part-time Nanny available

Odd, I know. Sharing a Nanny but here's the situation.

I looked high and low for a Nanny and interviewed many that I found (if you need a full time Nanny also, I can provide numbers of folks I didn't get to interview). I settled on one and KNEW she was the one. She had excellent recommendations from her former families (raised 4 girls from birth for 8 years and then 1 boy for 5 years and then I scooped her up). She lives in Mission Viejo and is originally from Guatemala but is a US Citizen and is CPR certified and went to a class for my newborn that was choking frequently to learn specifics around that. You can tell that kids are her passion and I hear them giggling together throughout the day. She puts the Mom first and is very reliable. Never late and flexible to our needs when they have changed unexpectantly. Her husband is the bakery manager at Pavillons in RSM. They have 4 adult children but only one is at home that is early 20's. She charges $12/hr and puts the baby first but while the baby sleeps she cleans and does laundry! We have been able to do away with our maid! I am completely smitten with her if you can't tell and want to help her out but ensure that we keep her in our lives.

I found her while I was out on disability from work and my disability has just been extended until the end of the year. I am thinking that I may only want to go back part time at that time but I am not positive yet financially we can do that (hopefully we can work it out). She has been working part time for another family for 3 days a week however that is ending soon and she needs the extra work so would be available 1-3 days (maybe 4 days) a week for the remainder of this year. I definitely do not want to lose her and would like to find a nice home locally that she would be able to work at and be happy for the remainder of this year and possibly part time beyond.
