Child Care Referrals?

Hi!  I am a working mommy-to-be, due in July.  I plan to return to work this fall.  Can anyone recommend a referral service for affordable in-my-home care (i.e. a nanny)?  I work in sales and my schedule tends to be a little erratic - maybe that will change when the baby arrives?  Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

I am due in December and will return to work in mid March. I have some friends out of state that share a Nanny and that is a gret and more affordable option. I am interested in doing a nanny share when I return to work. Where do you live/work? I'm in Newport Coast/ Irvine.

Hi.  I live in Mission Viejo and I work from home and from the road, going to LA and San Diego.  Newport Coast / Irvine probably will not be an option for me this year.
