I was curious if anyone has had or known someone who has attempted a VBAC "vaginal birth after C-Section".

Hello,
I know its a late reply but yes one of my friend has successfully gone through it. this cna happen only if the C-section was not due to any abnormality with the mother. If it has something to do with the lid like kids position etc.. then VBAC should work. goodluck. ask you gynac

Permalink Reply by Beth G on January 15, 2012 at 5:50am Hey Girls, You have to find a Dr that will do a VBAC, not a hospital. All hospitals will do them. Your Dr. will decide if you can try for one. I used Dr. Faraz in Ladera Ranch for my VBAC.
Permalink Reply by giulia on January 17, 2012 at 9:26pm Dr. Rhonda Flora was my doc for my second son's birth, and she does support VBAC. She is based in Newport Beach. I tried for VBAC at Hoag and I got really close, but I ended up with another c-section. I loved having Dr. Flora as my OB and I'm staying with her as a GYN patient. Hoag does support VBAC-- it's "up to" the doctor. (Well, not really, you could always try for VBAC at home with a midwife, but I decided not to go that route.) :)
