On Friday, May 12 from 5:30-8:30 pm, join Surfas for a good old fashioned fish fry! We will be serving some of the classics and focusing on the techniques that make this simple and delicious classics still wonderful to this day. We be making two different kinds of fish in two different ways. Beer battered cod, and corn flake crusted catfish. We will be making remoulade and a classic style tartar sauce , we make a classic style Cole slaw but will add apples and pecans and toss it in am mustard dressing. Will perfect the oven baked fries with old bay seasoning, and top off the meal with sweet biscuits and strawberries and fresh whipped cream. Create and taste: Cole Slaw with Pecans and Apples in a Mustard Dressing, Oven Baked Fries with Old Bay Seasoning, Classic Tar Tar sauce and Southern Style Remoulade, Beer Battered Cod and Corn flake crusted Catfish, Sweet Biscuits with Fresh Strawberries and Whipped Cream.
